Cleanliness of room.
Not a suites hotel, had no windows, no desk, no sofa, no internet, and poor safety.
My room was not a suite, as asked it was a cramped and dark 12x12 studio with no windows, no desk, no sofa and no in-room internet connection (wired or wireless). The glass room door opened directly into the street and anyone could easily have broken in. This is not a safe hotel for female or elderly travelers! It should be reclassified as a 1-star property. The Suites were nice.
The inititial room offered was tiny with minimal facilities.
I was given a very small room at this hotel even though is web site states All Suite. The room offered is an additional room on the 1 bedroom suite to make them 2 bedroom. On its own it is a 1 star at best. ...read more

Pleasant surroundings, a nice breakfast - served in a friendly manner. Very comfortable beds.
